If the plans are not what you expected, email us within 14 days of your purchase and we will refund you. No long forms and no need to return anything.
How to ask for a refund
- Write to hello@scribeandsquare.com from the email you used to pay, or tell us the PayPal transaction number.
- Tell us which product you want refunded. A line is enough, and feedback is welcome but not required.
- We refund the full price to your original PayPal payment, usually within a few business days.
Good to know
- The guarantee covers each product you bought, including optional add-ons.
- If a file will not open or a measurement does not add up, write to us first. We would like the chance to fix it.
- After a refund, please delete the files and stop using them.
