What we collect
- Order data. When you pay, PayPal gives us your name, email address, the product you bought and the payment status. We never see or store your card or PayPal login details.
- Messages. If you write to us, we keep your email and what you sent so we can help you.
- Technical data. Our hosting provider records standard server logs (such as IP address and pages visited) for security and to keep the site running.
Why we use it
To deliver your purchase, give support, handle refunds, keep our accounts and records as the law requires, and protect the site from abuse.
Who else sees it
PayPal processes payments under its own privacy policy. Hostinger hosts this site. We do not sell your data. If we add analytics, advertising pixels or an email newsletter, we will update this page and ask for your consent where the law requires it.
Cookies
This site does not set its own tracking cookies. PayPal may set cookies on its payment window, under its own policy.
How long we keep it
Order records are kept for as long as accounting and tax rules require. Support messages are kept as long as needed to help you.
Your rights
You can ask to see, correct or delete your personal data, or to object to how we use it, by writing to hello@scribeandsquare.com. If you are in the EU or UK you may also complain to your data protection authority. Residents of some US states have similar rights, and we will honor those requests too.
